Please provide us with as much information as possible to assist us in identifying the driver and/or vehicle. The most useful information is either the plate number of the vehicle or the driver’s badge number.
When compliments are received these are recorded on a driver’s file and we contact the driver to thank them for their exceptional service.
We can only investigate complaints about drivers licenced by us. If a driver is licensed by another authority you will need to make your complaint to them.
