Beacon Park Village, Lichfield

Beacon Park Village provides accommodation for single people and couples aged over 55. It is managed by ExtraCare Charitable Trust. The scheme is designed to promote independent living for older people. Extra Care scheme with on-site care staff 24/7, non-resident management staff 24/7.

Beacon Park Village consists of 135 properties made up of one-bed and two-bed flats. It includes mobility standard and wheelchair properties, and was built in 2005.

In addition there are extensive facilities including lift, lounge, restaurant, laundry, guest facilities, garden, community centre, hobby room, activities room, cafe, shop, hairdressing salon, jacuzzi, bar/pub, and library.

Regular social activities include craft, health and fitness, numerous village activities which all residents are welcome and encouraged to join in with. Some meals available (all). Both cats and dogs accepted, at managers discretion.

Properties are available on leasehold, rent and shared ownership.
