How to register
If you've never used our shopmobility service before, you'll need to register before you use a scooter.
All you need to do is book a date to come in for a short training/induction session on how to use the scooters/wheelchairs.
You will also need to bring two forms of identification with you that show your name and address. These could include a recent household utility bill, a driver's licence or a passport.
As part of your induction session, you will also need to fill in a short form and disclaimer.
