Shortbutts Park - Parks, heathlands and nature reserves

Located just off Shortbutts Lane in Lichfield, Shortbutts Park is a fantastic local facility. 

• Playground with lots of play equipment including a sandpit and zip line. 
• A junior and full-sized adult football pitch.
• Outdoor gym including a stretch station, magnet bells, balance unit, up-and-go (sit to stand station) and an exercise bike. The gym focuses on mobility and rehabilitation training and is aimed at older park users, but is for everyone to use.
• Woodland area to provide wildlife friendly habitats.
• Benches.
• Dog bins and waste bins.

Shorbutts Park is open all year round.

There is a range of volunteering opportunities in parks including; gardening, litter picking, be a tree keeper, helping with events, or help to guide the future of the park by being a Park Friend.
