Viability evidence

We are really sorry we have missed a number of streets today (Monday 6 January 2025). Our crews started the day off by tipping waste we collected last week, but hadn't been able to tip due to a fire at the recycling plant we use. This put the crews behind from the very start of the day. We then had to deal with really slippery conditions, both for the trucks and our teams, particularly in the Tamworth area. Our teams have tried their best to safely get to as many bins as possible, but unfortunately we have missed some streets - view the list of missed streets.

If your bin hasn't been emptied today and is listed below, we're really grateful for your patience and understanding - please leave your bins/bags out overnight if you can and we'll return to empty them tomorrow. Thank you!

We are in contact with all known rough sleepers in the district to encourage them into accommodation during this cold snap, as part of our severe weather emergency protocol.
