What we will do
If you submit an odour complaint to us we will ask you to keep a log or diary sheets detailing the date, time period of the smell and the impact on you.
This will help us to determine whether your complaint meets the threshold for a statutory nuisance.
Once we have your completed log sheets we may visit you or make an informal apporach to the business causing the smell or issue an abatement notice.
