We are updating our housing, homelessness and rough sleeping strategy to help us make sure we are supporting our customers in the best possible way from 2025 onwards. We are asking people who are current users of our homelessness and tenancy sustainment services, and those who have recently used our services, to give us their views on how well we serve you and what improvements we could make, so we can feed any ideas into our emerging strategy.
