The council do not directly onboard companies. Community Home Solutions and Beat the Cold manage the customer journey for ECO 4 and GBIS on behalf of Lichfield District Council, with the exception of signing off the eligibility criteria. This is part of the Staffordshire Warmer Homes Partnership.
