Officers will carry their warrant card at all times when undertaking regulatory or enforcement activities. When engaging with someone for the first time, and at any time when asked to, the officer will introduce themselves and show the person their warrant card. A QR code on the warrant card is linked to a page on the Council’s website which includes officers names, photographs, and the legislation that they are authorised to enforce.
