Pavement licences

Before you apply

Please read the following before you apply:

Licences can only be granted for furniture that is on the pavement directly in front of the premises and where a width of at least 1.5 metres of pavement remains unobstructed.
Applicants will need to complete the free Protect UK Counters Terrorism (ACT) Awareness e-learning.
Applicants will need to hold public liability insurance to the value of £5million that covers the use of the pavement for this purpose.
