Revoking consents
There is no legal right of appeal against a decision to revoke a consent.
Where a consent is revoked, we will advise the applicant verbally (where possible) and confirm the reasons for this in writing within 10 working days.
The head of regulatory services, housing and wellbeing may allow an appeal to the regulatory and licensing committee if it is felt appropriate.
Details on how to appeal will be given to applicants when a decision to revoke the consent has been made.
