You can hire five zones in Beacon Park - either individually or combined.

Pricing and discounts

We offer a commercial rate and a community rate for park hire. We also offer discounts, using a discount calculator, to event organisers of larger scale events - find out more about our discount calculator.

If you are planning to host an event in a district council owned park, and your event will:

be open to the public and likely to attract more than 500 people at any one time during the advertised opening hours.
involve one or more consented activity (street trading, alcohol or entertainment) or may require a formal road closure.

You will need to express an interest first.

Commercial fees are charged to all profit making organisations.

Activity hire

We also offer activity hire - e.g. for bootcamps. Rates charged are:

£20 per hour.
£80 per month, enables groups to use the park for as many sessions as required within one calendar month.
