We believe that Lichfield District Council, and our wholly owned trading company LWMTS, are special places to work and as a council we are delighted we've been nominated as the best place to work and a workforce innovator in the LCG workforce awards.
From working in our parks, through to collecting waste from households across the district, through to running events and festivals, or managing our finances, we have a fantastic array of roles within our team.
Our Lichfield District 2050 strategy sets out our ambitions for the district and what we are all working to achieve.
We are proud to be one of the largest employers in Lichfield District, employing around 500 people in a range of full, part-time, casual and temporary posts. We believe our employees are our most valuable asset.
