We welcome feedback about your journey with our drivers and you can use the form below to share your experience with us.

Please provide us with as much information as possible to assist us in identifying the driver and/or vehicle. We will need at least one of the following:

  • driver's badge number - for example C100. Drivers have two badges they must wear one and display the other on the dashboard or in the top corner of the windscreen.
  • vehicle licence plate number - for example H11. These are displayed on the rear of the taxi.
  • vehicle registration number
  • make, model and colour of vehicle

When compliments are received these are recorded on a driver’s file and we contact the driver to thank them for their exceptional service.

Unfortunately, sometimes things don’t go right. If you booked your taxi through a private hire operator you should report your complaint to them in the first instance.

We can only investigate complaints about drivers licenced by us. If a driver is licensed by another authority you will need to make your complaint to them.

We will investigate complaints such as:

  • Overcharging
  • Refusal to hire
  • Rudeness or verbal abuse
  • Journey routes
  • Cleanliness or appearance of the vehicle
  • Safety of the vehicle (for example if seat belts aren’t in good working order)

If you witness a taxi driver driving dangerously you should always report this to the police in the first instance.
