You will be asked to enter your name, contact details, reference numbers, and bank account details as part of our supplier details form – unless this is company data, this is classed as your personal data. 

We will process the data you provide in this form to help us order and pay for the goods/services we are procuring from you.  

We may also use your data to send service related messages to you that are in your interest – such as changes to contact details.  The law allows us to process your personal data as part of the contract we have with you.

Will we share your data?

The data you provide will be stored in our finance system. The data may also be shared with other teams as appropriate, such as internal and external audit.  If such an instance occurs that we need to recover monies, your details may also be shared with our corporate recovery team, and external enforcement agents, collection agents and/or Her Majesties court service as appropriate.

How long will we store your data?

Your data will be stored for as long as is necessary to complete the contract.  Your supplier record will become inactive on our finance system after prolonged inactivity.  If you would like your record to be inactivated on the finance system after a specific length of time please contact accounts payable at invoices@lichfielddc.gov.uk

Your rights in brief
