We own a wide collection of fine art and social artefacts, ranging from one of only 50 scold's bridles in the country, through to a box hewn from a mulberry tree planted by Shakespeare.
To view our collections online visit our virtual museum on Flickr or choose from the individual collections below:

We also have a growing archive of old photos and maps that district council officers have taken as part of their roles over the past 50+ years, which we are scanning as part of a process to make our records digital. A large number of the photos show listed buildings taken in the 50s, 60s and 70s. We add up new photos as and when we find them in old records, so do check back for new additions.
