We will investigate:
- Waste encroaching on a public road
- Waste that attracts pests or vermin
- A house that is causing health and safety issues for nearby homes (damp or smells)
- Gardens causing health and safety issues for nearby homes
We recommend that you contact the owner before making a complaint. It could lead to a faster solution.
If you wish to report dirty streets or dumped rubbish/fly tipping on public land, please use the relevant forms.
We will only investigate reports of accumulation of waste if they are posing a nuisance or a risk to health and safety.
We do not operate a 24 hour response to complaints.
