If you would like to submit amendments to a major planning application, you will need to pay an additional fee,
The additional fee covers the extra administrative work our teams will have to do to assess and process the new information/revised plans.
If you choose not to pay the additional fee, we will not be able to process any amendments and will determine the planning application based on the original plans and information submitted.
Fee info
The fee for amendments to a major planning application (not in a planning performance agreement) starts from £350 for the first amendment request, £450 for the second request and £600 for the third request, capped at three separate attempts.
If you have entered into a planning performance agreement, please speak to your case officer.

- Amendment charges are exempt from vat.
