We are sorry that your planning application is not valid.
If you wish to submit the additional information required to validate your application, please submit an invalid fee application form and we will contact you to provide advice and guidance.
Alternatively, we will invalidate your application and notify the Planning Portal (if you submitted through this method) to issue you your refund, less a 10% administration fee. You may, of course, resubmit a fresh application once you have all the necessary information required.
If you have entered into a planning performance agreement and want to make changes to your plans, please speak to your case officer.
Fee info
The fee for us to help you validate your application is £360 (including vat) per request and is capped at three attempts after which we will return your application as invalid.
Please note the invalid fee is non-refundable in all circumstances.
