Please have the following documents ready before you begin completing the form, as they will be required:
- Fire plan
- Fires safety risk assessment
- Annual fire detection system service or commissioning certificate
- Annual gas safety certificate
- Valid periodic electrical installation condition report showing no C1 or C2 observations
- Title deeds or tenancy agreement
- Building Regulations Certificate of Compliant / Planning consent (if applicable)
- Insurance documents relating to letting a HMO.
