Please have the following documents ready before you begin completing the form, as they will be required:

  • Fire plan
  • Fires safety risk assessment
  • Annual fire detection system service or commissioning certificate
  • Annual gas safety certificate
  • Valid periodic electrical installation condition report showing no C1 or C2 observations
  • Title deeds or tenancy agreement
  • Building regulations certificate / planning consent (if applicable)
  • Insurance documents relating to letting a HMO.
