We can only investigate complaints if we can identify the driver and/or vehicle so please try to get as many details about the driver and vehicle as possible. The most useful information is either the plate number of vehicle or the driver’s badge number.
We can only investigate complaints about driver and vehicles licensed by us. If a driver is licensed by another authority you will need to make your complaint to them.
