Multi-storey car park demolition & cinema plaza

Multi storey

We have entered a joint agreement to develop the former Debenhams site and with M Core and work to demolish the multi-storey car park and four vacant retail units at the top of the Three Spires shopping centre is underway,

The Three Spires shopping centre is open as normal and hoardings will be erected to protect visitors at all times.

Co-op Travel and Friary Shoes are the closest to the demolition works and both are continuing to trade as normal.

Access to the service road for retailers will only be affected for as short a time as possible to undertake essential works and these times will be communicated as far in advance as possible to help local businesses to plan their deliveries.

Works are taking place Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays) between 7.30am and 4.30pm.

Our contractors, Cawarden are monitoring noise and ensuring the site is operated safely and over 98% of material taken from the old multi-storey car park will be re-used and recycled.
