Forgotten how to login to see your e-bill?

If you have signed up for an e-bill, but can't remember how to log in, follow these steps:

1. Click on the MyAccount link - you can find this in the header of this website:

2. A login screen will appear - enter your email address and password in the boxes provided:

3. If you have forgotten your email address or password, follow the Problems signing in? link, below the password box and follow the steps to set up a new password.
4. Once you have logged in to your account successfully, scroll down to the box titled: Council tax and business rates and click on the Register/view my council tax account link below:

5. If you are signed up for a council tax account, you should then see your council tax account (as shown below):

6. You can then click on the various Quick Links to see information about your account (for example your bills and recovery notices):

6. If you haven't already registered for an online account/e-bill - find out how to register.

Key information

  • If you cannot use the password reset function in MyAccount, please contact our customer services team for support
  • If you have already linked an email address to a council tax account, but can't log in using that email/can't remember the email you use, you cannot set up another MyAccount and link it to the same council tax account. A council tax account can only be assigned to one email address. If you need support in this regards, please contact our customer services team
