We are working towards becoming a better council every day - better in the way we serve customers, better in the way we deliver services and better in the way we support our staff who make us who we are.
A key part of becoming better is to recognise our successes and we do this in a range of ways - we create annual service plans and performance targets for our staff that we review ongoing and annually through a performance moderation process and we we host an annual staff awards ceremony to celebrate ongoing achievements.
We are proud that our successes and journey towards becoming a better council is also being recognised nationally through a range of awards nominations and award success.
