We are seeking views on the local plan allocations - focused changes document. This is the second part of the Lichfield local plan and will add detail to the first part of the local plan which is the local plan strategy which was adopted in February 2015. The local plan allocations - focused changes covers a range of issues, from housing and employment land allocations through to reviewing planning policies used to determine planning applications. The consultation will run from 8 January to 19 February 2018, and as part of this there are unmanned exhibitions in Lichfield and Burntwood libraries and the documents are available to view on request from reception at District Council House, Frog Lane, Lichfield where officers will be available to go through the plans if needed. The deadline for comments is 5pm Monday 19 February, 2018, please use email or our consultation portal to make your comments as this is more cost effective.
