    We are asking for views from young people, parents, teachers and any other interested individuals on how we can best support young people in the district via a youth council for our district.

    This new initiative will allow us to work with landlords to bring buildings back to life, reducing the number of vacant premises. Our aim is to increase footfall and improve the high street economy.

    We are asking people who are current users of our homelessness and tenancy sustainment services, and those who have recently used our services, to give us their views on how well we serve you and what improvements we could make, so we can feed any ideas into our emerging strategy.

  • Budget consultation 2025 - 2026

    We are encouraging all residents to take part in our 2025/26 budget consultation by sharing their views on how the council funds should be allocated in the next financial year.

  • Developing our new local plan 2043

    We are working on our new local plan for Lichfield District, which will take us up to 2043 and are looking for residents, community groups and businesses to share their views.
