Have your say on the draft Developer Contributions Supplementary Planning Document and new draft Statement of Community Involvement (SCI).

Lichfield District Council has published a further draft supplementary planning document and is looking to replace its statement of community involvement.

The draft Developer Contributions Supplementary Planning Document sets out the council’s approach to planning obligations and sits directly alongside the Community Infrastructure Levy.

The draft Statement of Community Involvement sets the standards which can be expected by customers for community involvement in the planning process and replaces the previous SCI.

Councillor Ian Pritchard, Cabinet Member for Economic Growth & Development, said: “It’s important that we get a good range of responses to our consultation, as these documents will inform the way planning works in the district for years to come.”

The consultation will run from 1 February until 14 March 2016.
