Local and national organisations that offer help, support and guidance include:

New Era

Provides free and confidential round-the-clock advice and support for anyone in Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent affected by domestic abuse - regardless of their age, ethnicity, gender or location.

New Era also offer a confidential helpline for perpetrators on 01785 601690.

The Pathway Project 

Offers help, advice and practical support to people who are experiencing or who have experienced domestic abuse. They also offer refuge placements.

The ManKind Initiative

Offers help and support to male victims of domestic abuse and domestic violence. Contact the helpline on 01823 334244 weekdays 10am-4pm.

Offers a 24-hour national domestic abuse freehone helpline on 0808 2000 247 or visit www.nationaldahelpline.org.uk.

Women’s Aid 

Offers a free 24-hour helpline on 0808 2000 247, email helpline@womensaid.org.uk (emails will not be responded to by telephone as safety may be compromised) or visit the Women’s Aid.
