If you are facing the threat of homelessness, we can offer you support from our tenancy sustainment team.
Our tenancy sustainment team offers person-centred support to help people successfully maintain their tenancy and access to support services, guidance and advice.
We work with customers who are in both private rented and social rented accommodation to help them sustain their tenancy and prevent them from becoming homeless. We provide a range of support including:
- advice around issues that may be placing your tenancy at risk
- advice if you need to move home
- basic budgeting support, so you can pay your rent and bills
- support to access a bank account
- accessing benefits to make sure you’re getting everything you’re entitled to
- sourcing furniture and white goods
- accessing education, work, training and volunteering opportunities
- food bank referrals and energy advice
- accessing support from other agencies and liaising with them on your behalf
- help to apply for a discretionary housing payment and/or council tax support
How to access the service
