Enforcement
Businesses holding a licence can have it revoked if they fail to comply with the conditions or if false or misleading statements were made in the application.
Businesses using the pavement without a licence will be directed to cease placing the furniture on the pavement.
If furniture is placed on the pavement beyond that date, we will remove the furniture and impose a charge for its release.
If the charge is not paid, or the furniture not collected within three months, it will be disposed of.
