Shortlisted nominees have been announced for the district’s inaugural Beacon Awards which are set to celebrate the best businesses and community heroes in the district.
The black-tie event at the National Memorial Arboretum near Alrewas will shine a spotlight on our treasured traders and selfless citizens with a special presentation on Thursday 12 October.
Attendees will be presented with a delicious three-course dinner together with the opportunity to network and round off the evening dancing to the sounds of a fantastic band.
We received many nominations for the awards and are pleased to announce the shortlist selected after a rigorous judging process.
The award categories and shortlisted nominees in each are as follows:

Tickets are on sale at £65 each, plus booking fee and VAT, and £600 plus booking fee and VAT for a table of ten.
