A host of activities have been arranged for the event on Wednesday, 7 August between 11am to 3pm including sports and games such as table tennis, limbo, hoopla and a barefoot walk.
Bring your bears for the free teddy races from 12noon until 2pm and check out the inflatables, food stalls, hair wraps and glitter tattoos. There will also be a fairground ride and charities and representatives from the emergency services will be present on the day to engage with the public, so don’t miss it!
Lichfield District Council’s Cabinet Member for Operational Services, Parks and Waste, Councillor Phil Whitehouse, said:
“This annual event is always popular as it’s great fun for all the family in beautiful Beacon Park.
“Admission is free and there is a mixture of free and paid for activities. There is no need to book a place so come along and join in on the day.”
