Variations to agreement
The council reserves the right to vary the conditions of the agreement between the council and the hirer at any time on 7 days’ notice.
Any variations so made shall be deemed to be incorporated in these conditions.
The hirer may, within 7 days of receipt of such notice, terminate this agreement.
