Timescales
If you request a meeting/site visit as part of the application form, your case officer will aim to contact you within five working days to set this up and explain the next steps.
We will also contact you within five working days to let you know if we need any further information from you.
If you haven't requested a meeting/site visit, we will normally provide written advice within 20 working days (four weeks) from the date we validate your request, although there may be certain occasions when circumstances/the complexity of your application may prevent this.
If this should occur, we will update you with a revised target date to provide the advice.
