DBS Certificate and update service |
£61.64 plus £16 per year (paid direct to the DBS service within 30 days of receiving your certificate) |
You must be signed up to the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Update Service. This costs £61.64 for the DBS certificate and a further £16 annually for the update service - which you will pay direct to the DBS service. The update service provides us with any changes to your criminal record which may affect your licence. If you are not signed up to the Update Service, we will charge you £61.64 as part of a renewal application. Once you have submitted your application you will receive instructions on how to apply for the certificate and subscribe to the Update Service. |

Example costs
- If you are a new driver that has never driven/been registered with us before, you will need to pay: £360.64 (plus £16 for the DBS update service)
- If you are renewing a licence, and are signed up to the DBS update service, you will pay: £220
- If you are renewing a licence, and you are not signed up to the DBS update service, you will pay: £281.64
