Locations and management
We will be purchasing properties in key locations this winter, including Lichfield City, Burntwood, Fazeley and Armitage with Handsacre, to provide residents with easy access to shops, transport, and local services.
We have chosen these locations as they are near to:
- Public transport
- Supermarkets offering good value products
- Schools
- Health centres
- Community facilities
We know from our research with individuals who need to move into temporary accommodation that they need easy access to all of the above, which is why we have chosen more central locations.
